EAGLE MAN
He is the elder man of our Sacred Tree society little peoples house. As elder he has the most experience of all the men who are of the house.
He carries a Chanupa which is dedicated to the men's society members’ prayers and ceremonies.
He carries the elder’s staff and speaks for man’s traditions laws and customs.
He is in charge of the Medicine Wheel and the man’s sweat lodge.
He may instruct and if need be carry out discipline for the men of the Society.
In grand council he makes sure all the men respect and practices all of the laws and customs of the society.
His ceremonial responsibilities are to prepare, host, and officiate the winter solstice and the summer solstice two of the four yearly grand councils
He has the power to solicit the help of any society member for assistance with any of his duties.
